Camping

  • Bring your own tent or hammock and sleep under the stars. There is a family camping area, if you want to bring your little ones.

    Please only camp in the marked areas.

  • We unfortunately don't have any rooms for rent this year, but Molsgaarden rent out rooms in Vistoft. Check out their options on their website.

  • Toilets

    • There will be two outdoor toilet facilities situated close to the campsites and on the main site. If these are all occupied, you can use the ones inside the house. But please avoid using these if possible, since they are not made for being used too often.

    Showers

    • We have showers on site.

Food & Bevrage

  • There will be 3 meals a day. The food is vegan/vegetarian and as sustainable as possible using mostly local organic and biodynamic ingredients.

    The meals will be cooked by our talented cook Michael Bentzon from Glad Dej.

  • Breakfast:

    • Porridge of the day with toppings, fruit, rye bread, jams, spreads.
      On Sunday, there will be freshly baked rolls.

    Lunches:

    • Buddha bowl with assorted greens, bread spreads, dips, and vegan dressings

    • The big vegan rye bread spread

    • Burrito/flatbread mecca

    Dinners:

    • Ratatouille with pea mash, crunch, sprinkles, and hipster garnish

    • Nordic-inspired dahl with pearl barley and fresh herbs

    • The big baked spread - Root vegetables, potatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant, roasted chickpeas, lentil patties, and cold tartar sauce

    • The big coconut curry pot with spinach and fresh cabbage salad

    *Dinner and Lunch: All meals are served with bread and fresh salads.

  • Allergies will be considered, so please let us know if you have any special requirements when buying your ticket on the questionnaire.

  • All the food is included in the festival ticket, so please don't bring your own. We have made this decision to bring down food waste and rubbish - and it is more fun to eat together!

  • If you have bought a day ticket, you are welcome to stay the night and partake in the morning yoga and enjoy breakfast before leaving.

  • There will be a café/bar on site, where you can buy coffee, tea, soda, juice, fruit snacks, cake, kombucha, beer, drinks, and much more. The produce will be manly local and of good quality. Please refrain from bringing outside beverages. The revenue from the bar supports the festival. Prices are affordable.

Directions

  • The 121 bus stop- Vistoft (Syddjurs Kom) is 12 minutes walk from Rødegaard.

    OBS: Check the busses in good times, as they don't go so often.

  • There is no parking at the festival site, but at the other end of Vistoft (signs guiding you). It will be possible to drive close to the camping area and drop off your gear before parking. Here signs will also show you the way. Check-in is at the bar.

  • There is an area to park in your van at the parking. Please note that there is no showers or toilets.

General

  • We are an international team behind the festival and some of the facilitators and artists are not from Denmark. Therefore the festival will be held mainly in English to be more inclusive. However, some of the workshops and activities will be in Danish. These will be marked in the program.

    • Refund: We have a strictly no refund policy, but if you for some reason can not attend, feel free to sell it to someone else. You can use our Rideshare Group on Facebook.

  • All the food is included in the price of the ticket, but the bar only accepts cash or MobilePay. We have a drink card system to avoid as many technical issues as possible.

  • Lost and Found will be at the Ticket Office behind the TraceBar. After the festival we will post pictures of what is left on FB and Instagram.

  • As much as we also love dogs, the area has a strictly NO DOGS policy, so please leave your furry friends in someone else's care while you enjoy your time away. There is also one dog already living at Rødegaard

    If you must have your dog with you for special support, please let us know beforehand. .

  • The beach is a little walk away, so feel free to bring your towel and swimwear.

  • Please only smoke on the marked smoking area.

  • There is charging options on site, but please note it is at own risk.
